Shipping on Replacement Item

Please use this "product" if you are wanting Frenelle to replace an item for you.

We are happy to replace products which are faulty, free of charge.  

But if you have ordered the incorrect size, colour, model, etc, then we do ask that you pay for postage for the replacement item.

A charge of 1c has been made for the replacement item.  Unfortunately the website won't allow a NIL value to be put in the price.  Our normal shipping rate will be added automatically to your 1c purchase - making a total shipping cost of $7.81.
