Refund Policy

14 Day Change of Mind

We wish to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind or the product is not exactly what you wanted, you may return your item/s purchased for a full refund, subject to the following conditions;

  • The item/s shall be returned within 14 calendar days of purchase

  • The product must be in ‘as new condition’

    • ‘As New Condition’ – definition.  The product must not have been worn, be in pristine condition with no damage, scratches or signs of wear.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • To initiate the return, contact info@frenelle.co.nz and provide full details of the product, order number, reason for return, your nominated bank account and your contact details.

  • Shipping charges for ‘returns’ are the responsibility of the purchaser.

  • Return shipping charges must be prepaid.  We do not accept C.O.D.  deliveries.

  • Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of the product being returned.

  • Refunds will be made to your nominated bank account

Faulty Goods

Faulty goods are subject to the Consumer Guarantees Act and the Fair Trading Act.

Frenelle Jewellery will accept return of damaged or faulty products and make a full refund under the following conditions:

  • The product is not of acceptable quality.

  • The product is not fit for its intended purpose.

  • The product is returned in its original packaging.

  • To initiate the return, contact info@frenelle.co.nz and provide full details of the product, order number, reason for return and your contact details.

​Exchange

We will happily exchange an item of jewellery purchased from us within the last 14 calendar days provided a replacement item is in stock.  We also offer the option of exchanging the item for another of the same value.

Exchanging an item of jewellery would normally be made when;

  • You are returning an item in exchange for a similar product (for example you wish to change the style for a different colour or size).

    • The exchange is made within 14 calendar days of purchase

    • The product is returned in ‘as new condition’

    • The product is returned in its original packaging

    • Return postage/shipping is paid by you

  • The product was received as a gift and you would like to exchange it for something  similar, or of equal value

    • The exchange is made within 14 calendar days of purchase

    • Evidence the jewellery was purchased from Frenelle is provided

    • The product is returned in ‘as new condition’

    • The product is returned in its original packaging

    • Return postage/shipping is paid by you
