We do NOT offer a cash-on-delivery option or payment terms after delivery.

All prices include GST.​

Orders are processed and posted Monday to Friday (working days only).

Orders which are paid for before 8 am will be collected by the courier that same day.

Payments for orders received after 8 am on Friday will be taken to the courier depot on the next working day (Monday)

You can expect to get your order within 1 – 4 working days from the order date, depending on where you live in NZ.

Rural deliveries can take an extra 1-2 working days.

You will receive an email from Frenelle with the tracking number for your parcel. You can follow the delivery status of your parcel from our address to yours, through this tracking number.

The delivery rate for all of New Zealand (including rural delivery addresses) is $6.15 (incl GST)

Unfortunately, due to the very high cost of tracking parcels overseas, we are unable to post to any address outside New Zealand

We are an online jewellery business. Frenelle does not sell to retail stores so items are only available from our website.

We will exchange a gift purchased online provided;

- It is exchanged for another product of the same or greater value
- It is returned to us in its original packaging accompanied by a receipt
- It is exchanged within 14 days of purchase
