Customers pay for items at the checkout using a credit or debit card. Alternatively you can use Afterpay. Unfortunately Zippay and LayBy are no longer available in New Zealand.

Orders are processed Sunday to Thursday. These days may seem unusual, but I live in a rural location and rely on my rural delivery driver to collect parcels. I am one of the first customers on their route and they usually pick up between 7-8 am. So, weekend parcels need to be ready on Sunday night for collection early Monday morning. Orders received late Thursday night and Friday will be collected on Monday morning.

You can expect to get your order within 2– 5 working days from the date of pickup/collection from me, depending on where you live in NZ.

If you are also on rural delivery, it can take an extra 1-2 working days.

You will receive an email from Frenelle with the tracking number for your parcel. You can follow the delivery status of your parcel from our address to yours, through this tracking number. If you have not received this email into your inbox, please check your spam folder before contacting me.

Unfortunately, due to the very high cost of tracking parcels overseas, we are unable to post to any address outside New Zealand

Every product purchased is wrapped with care before being placed in a courier bag. Unless specified, jewellery is placed in a jewellery box with a separate cardboard sleeve around that and then and bubble wrapped. Other items not placed in a protective jewellery box is bubble wrapped.

Some items are designed and manufactured in-house and are exclusive to Frenelle.

NO prices are included in the courier bag. The only information regarding prices will be sent to the email address provided by you. NOTHING to show the price is included in the parcel.

A note to let the receipient know who the gift is from can also be included. Simply type your short note in the "notes" section at the cart.

We use Judge.Me, a third-party provider, to collate our reviews and publish them on our website. Frenelle does not have any direct hand in this. "Judge.Me" is a well-known and reliable service used by many e-commerce businesses.
