Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, browsing and using this site, you agree to the terms and conditions stated below. Further, by continuing to view this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.

Orders

If you place an order on this website, you agree to and accept the price listed on the website.  Your order will be sent to the address you nominate on your delivery address.

NO invoices are sent with the parcels, so if you are sending your order to someone else as a gift, they will NOT receive any paper work with prices, etc.

Shipping and delivery

All orders are send via NZ Post.  Delivery is normally 2-5 working days.  If you have not received your order after 5 working days have expired, please check the status of the tracking number you will be sent at the start of the delivery process.  Please note that there may be further delays during busy periods such as Christmas.

Notify me when available

If an item is out of stock and you wish to be notified as soon as it is available, you can use the "Notify Me" button available on all out of stock items.

Please note that you may need to go to your spam folder to find any verification emails.

Product Description

Frenelle Jewellery has attempted to accurately describe products in detail on this website - including photographs. We do not warrant that the product description is accurate or error free as we are relying on our suppliers to advise us of these details.  If you do spot an error or omission, we would appreciate you notifying us of this so we can correct any error as soon as possible.

Prices listed on this website include GST and are in New Zealand dollars. Please note that prices are subject to change without notice.
