Delivery

Your parcel will be sent via NZ Post tracked delivery and you will receive an email with your tracking number on it, with a link to allow you to follow the delivery status of your parcel.  (Please note, if you don't see this email in your inbox, check your spam or promotion folder)

Delivery times are normally between 2 and 5 working days depending on where in New Zealand you are located.  If you have a rural delivery address, you will probably need to add on an extra day for delivery.

Sorry we do not ship outside New Zealand as the cost of tracked parcels is too expensive.

Christmas is always a busy time for postal services and it is common for parcels to take longer to deliver.  It is advisable to order EARLY  in order not to be disappointed if your parcel doesn't arrive in time.

Please don't email me 2 days before Christmas and ask if I think your parcel will get to you in time - sorry, but it won't.
