Earring back lifters are perfect if you are wearing heavy earrings which need extra support behind the earlobe to move the earring into a better position - in other words, "lifted" into position.

The hole may need enlarging SLIGHTLY - depending on the size of your earring post.
Try them before putting them in your earlobe. They should slide on easily without being loose. If they are too tight, get a meat skewer or something strong with a point and push it into the lifter hole. Do this VERY carefully as you only want to enlarge it by a fraction of a millimetre at a time. Try the lifter on the earrings again, to see if the fit is better. Repeat as necessary until you get an easy fit which feels like it will grip well.
