Morganite is a light pink gemstone with slight peach tones to it.  It is sometimes referred to as a "salmon" colour.

Morganite belongs to a variety of gemstones known as "Beryl" which forms in hexangonal crystal shapes.  These create lovely facets to the face of the stone which catch the light beautifully.
