Made from tungsten carbide, "River" has been given a brushed finish which gives it a matte appearance. This constrasts well with the shine of the 18K gold in the channel around the ring.
The channel is offset from the centre slightly so the wearer can choose which way they wish to wear the ring (the wider band of silver on first or the other way around)
The inside of the ring is also coated with 18K gold.
